SHORT DESCRIPTION:

MADNet is an analysis and visualization tool for microarray data mining. Genes from a single gene or microarray experiment are designated on the maps of known metabolic and signaling pathways together with transcription factors and drug targets. [more]

INSTRUCTIONS:

Start MADNet by entering your file in a tab delimited form. [detailed instructions]

Your file should contain a column with gene identification number (MADNet supports Genbank, Refseq, Affy and Uniprot ids), a column with expression measurement, and (optionaly) p-values.

File location:
MADNet is using demonstration microarray file. Press "Submit" to continue.

Notice: It might take some time to upload the file and perform necessary calculations.

If you do not have microarray data or want a quick tour of MADNet:
- try instead of loading file above, and afterward click the Submit button

The demonstration microarray is adopted from: Maser RS, Choudhury B, Campbell PJ, Feng B et al.
